BIO/OBJECTIVE
I am 19Â years old and in my sophomore year of college at the University of Nevada, Reno. I'm currently majoring in Public Health and minoring in Mathematics. After I graduate, I plan to apply for PA school to hopefully become a licensed Physician Assistant! In high school I gained a passion for photography which is now one of my favorite hobbies, and you can take a look at some of my photos by clicking on the "Photos" tab at the top. Aside from that, I like to spend time with my family and close friends.
EXPERIENCE
BABYSITTER
February 2020 - Current
I babysit a 6 year old boy and his 2 year old sister. I attend to their needs and make sure they are always in a positive and safe environment. I also communicated to their parents about their needs.
UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT RESEARCHER
March 2023- Current
I participated in multiple research projects where I analyzed results from surveys and data from the U.S. Census Bureau to assess economic, demographic, and geographical characteristics at both state and national levels. I summarized my findings in university-produced technical reports and presented my findings at symposiums. I even presented a short summary of my findings to the Ambassador of Denmark at a roundtable.
LIFEGUARD
June - August 2023 (Seasonal)
I lifeguarded the beaches and pools at Incline Village in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. I was responsible for supervising the water, making sure people were safe, and caring for individuals who got injured. I organized and lead a "Mini-Guard" program where we prepared children ages 4-8 how to be lifeguards by educating them on lake safety while still providing an entertaining environment. I also enforced the rules of each facility and cleaned up after guests.
SWIM INSTRUCTOR
July - August 2022
I taught children ages 2-9 swimming techniques and basic water skills to help them stay safe while in the water. I was also in charge of parent-taught swim lessons, where I instructed parents on how to teach their own babies and toddlers to swim in an in-person class.
NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY
2021-2022
I attended monthly meetings to go over the club's agenda and completed 15 hours of community service for this club, including assisting an elementary school teacher in her classroom.

I was enrolled in Health Science I and II and became certified in first aid and CPR. I also attended the state competition for veterinary science and learned how to  prepare domestic animals for veterinary visits as well as prepare them for surgery.
